We are in the worst housing market in my 25 years as a real estate agent.Todays Sellers have more competition and are seeing less qualified Buyers. With fewer showings and less offers Sellers are becoming more negotiable. The good news is its a great time to be a Buyer. Interest rates are the lowest that they have been in decades. We are also aware of the standards that must be followed in the construction of a new custom home.  Patty obtained her real estate license in 1984 and became a broker in 1985. Over the years she has been an exceptional sales person receiving high marks from her buyers. Patty has the organizational skills that it takes to get a home purchase from the offer to the closing table.
